Demonstrated experience and cooking skills in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information.

 

Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items.

Focus on detail.

Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude.

Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S

Interest in local and seasonal products.
